Motorized Windows & Shading

We can install motorized windows to allow for venting in facade systems. This allows for automatic venting that can be programmed based on the interior or exterior temperature. Motorized window opening and shading can be connected through a building management system (BMS) and controlled by sun trackers, or controlled individually with a switch in each zone. These systems were recently implemented in the MacKimmie Tower Redevelopment project in Calgary.
