River Landing Towers
Ferguson was contracted to supply and install building envelope components on both the East and North Towers of the River Landing Development in Saskatoon.
Working with Triovest (the owner), Gibbs Gage Architects and Ledcor, Ferguson personnel supplied the team with regular updated budgets, engineering, thermal modelling, design detailing and 3-D modelling through to contract award. Ferguson was also involved in weekly team meetings and we offered our expertise on conceptual design ideas as they were presented.

“The projects are ‘twin’ tower projects and both have a relatively complex geometry including sloped walls which intersect in the middle. Ferguson worked with their detailers to design a joint system that allowed for the complex design to remain as shown and the joint to perform to a high level.
Their energy modelling also identified areas that may experience colder temperatures due to the design, and allowed our designers to revise the mechanical systems in these areas to avoid any discomfort for the end user.
Ferguson also recommended that this complex detail was the one that we performance tested at a 3rd Party Facility to provide piece of mind to the Client.”
